Investor Relations/Sales Coordinator - German Speaking, 12M FTC

Octopus Energy Generation (OEGEN) is a leading European renewable-energy investor, managing over £7 billion in wind, solar, storage and e-fuel assets across 20 countries. To support ongoing fundraising for our Core, Core+ and Value-Add strategies, the Growth team seeks a German-speaking coordinator for a 12-month freelance contract.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and update pitch books, factsheets and investor presentations
• Organise roadshows, investor calls and events for DACH and Asia-Pacific clients
• Own CRM data hygiene and investor pipeline tracking
• Research and qualify new institutional leads, family offices and HNWI prospects
• Monitor competitor funds, market trends and regulatory changes
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and RFP processes

Your profile

• Native or professional fluency in German and English
• 1-3 years’ experience in finance, infrastructure, asset management or business development
• PowerPoint & Excel power-user; comfortable building charts, models and decks
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive “sales” mindset: willing to cold-call, follow up and network
• Eligibility to work as a freelancer in the UK for 12 months
