Training location: Berlin Spandau, Heerstraße 221
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (gross/month, minimum)
Year 1: €1,290
Year 2: €1,420
Year 3: regular employee salary
plus Christmas and holiday bonus

Training programme

• 2 years Retail Management Assistant
  Practical experience on organic farms, product & sales knowledge, customer consulting, assortment and store management
• 1 year advanced training Retail Management Specialist
  with management tasks
• Additional qualifications: “Organic Food Retail” & AEVO trainer aptitude certificate
