Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)

Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance (gross per month):

• 1st year: €1,290
• 2nd year: €1,420
• From 3rd year: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (min. technical college entrance)
• Practical experience on an organic farm or processing facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Retail tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
• 1-year advancement course to Retail Management Specialist
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Retail” (3rd year)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (3rd year)
