Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (monthly gross, from 1st year):

• Year 1: 1,190 €
• Year 2: 1,290 €
• Year 3: 1,420 € (Retail Management apprentices)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Hands-on placements on organic farms and in production facilities
• Sales, merchandising, freshness checks and expert customer advice
• Store operations: ordering, stocktakes, promotions and staffing
• In-depth product knowledge of organic goods and Alnatura range
• Creative workshops incl. “Adventure Culture”
