Training site: Darmstadt, Grafenstraße 41
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance: at least €1,290 (year 1), €1,420 (year 2) gross/month; regular salary plus Christmas & holiday pay from year 3

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (requirement: A-level/vocational baccalaureate)
  • Culture workshop & organic farm placement
  • In-depth product & Alnatura range knowledge
  • Sales, freshness checks, checkout & advice
  • Ordering, inventory, marketing & staff scheduling
• 1 year: Advanced training as Retail Specialist with early leadership duties
• On top: Additional qualification "Organic Retail" and trainer aptitude AEVO (year 3)
