Your responsibilities

• Independently manage installation projects replacing old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Visit customers throughout the Berlin region in a fully equipped service van
• Mentor and support apprentices or trainees on site
• Work closely with planners, logistics staff and customer service to optimize installation
• Help design efficient digital processes to continuously improve our specialized installations

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating & air-conditioning (focus on heating) or comparable professional experience
• Ideally prior heat-pump installation experience and a desire to specialize
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
