Retail Sales Apprenticeship – Organic Products, Hamburg-Bramfelder Chaussee (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of organic retail – from inventory management to expert customer advice on organic products. You support daily operations, present goods attractively, operate the checkout, organise ordering and stock processes and help implement promotions. You will work on the sales floor, at the cheese & bakery counter, in the bistro and in the back office.

Your tasks:

• Merchandising and maintenance of the organic range
• Competent, friendly customer consultation
• Cashier duties and balancing
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Executing marketing and seasonal campaigns

What you bring:

• Good school-leaving certificate, intermediate level
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• Excellent manners and commitment
• Interest in organic and natural products
