Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant – BioMarkt Heidelberg (2026)

During the three-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of the store: sales, goods-in, warehouse, checkout, bakery and cheese counter, bistro, and back office. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, handle orders, receive stock, and actively operate the checkout. Together with your team you plan and implement seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of high-quality organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Checkout operations and balancing
• Ordering, receiving, checking, and storing goods
• Participation in sales promotions and seasonal placements
• Implementation of marketing measures

• Solid school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent interpersonal skills
