Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (varies by federal state, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas & holiday bonus starting in year 1

Your apprenticeship experience

• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Hands-on time on an organic farm or processing facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Classic sales tasks: stocking & presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
