Retail Apprenticeship – Organic Foods Sales Clerk (m/w/d) Regensburg-Kumpfmühler Str. 2026

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store: from goods receipt and shelf & deli management to customer consultancy. You will present organic foods professionally, operate the checkout, plan promotional campaigns, organise ordering and stock control, and advise customers expertly on our organic range. Working closely with your team, you will take on responsibility in the bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office.

Your tasks:

• Appealing presentation of our premium organic foods
• Expert, friendly customer advice
• Cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing measures
• Ordering, goods-in checks and proper storage
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school performance, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills
• Team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
