Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, ideally organic
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
