Your Day-to-Day
You will work within a small local team and as part of a wider international network, supporting technical sales in project acquisition and execution. You take full commercial ownership of our projects, partnering closely with technical project managers, international partners and sales.

How You’ll Make an Impact

End-to-end commercial project handling: order entry, commercial execution, invoicing and achievement of sales, profit and cost targets.
Coordination with internal functions such as manufacturing, purchasing, logistics and ECC to ensure seamless commercial project delivery.
Junior CPM support: project controlling, budgeting and rolling forecasting.
Active involvement in risk & claim management and periodic closing activities.
Assistance in customer communication and contract preparation together with sales.

What You Bring

University degree in business administration, finance or related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in commercial project management or a comparable role.
Strong command of English; German skills are a clear advantage.
Basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak is beneficial.
Analytical mindset, proactive working style and excellent communication skills.
