How you’ll work

  • Advise customers by phone, e-mail and in person on contracts, billing, energy saving and 100 % green tariffs
  • Own each case from start to finish—no endless call transfers, you provide the solution
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to guarantee the best customer experience
  • Give continuous feedback to the product team to improve our renewable services

  • Desire to grow in a fast-moving, rapidly expanding environment
  • Availability to work full-time on site in Ascoli Piceno
