Your responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails and face-to-face contact with customers and energy suppliers
  • Own every query from start to finish—no call transfers between departments
  • Deliver empathetic, clear and proactive support
  • Find smart solutions that let the business scale as we grow

About you

  • Customer-focused with strong listening skills
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented and accountable
  • Passionate about sustainability and the green transition
  • Happy to work on-site in Ascoli Piceno as part of a close team
