Master Roofer PV Buildability Assessor (w/m/d)

Enpal is building Europe’s largest community for renewable energy – house by house, roof by roof. To ensure our solar modules, battery storage and heat pumps are installed safely and efficiently, we need you.

Responsibilities

• Analyse roofs for structural feasibility of PV systems
• Develop creative bespoke solutions outside existing Enpal processes
• Test and validate new mounting concepts through practical trials
• Approx. 2 days/week site visits across northern Germany
• Work closely with engineering and process teams on continuous optimisation
• Train installers and apprentices on new procedures
• Document findings to improve buildability company-wide

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as roofer, preferably master roofer
• Experience running independent projects or working autonomously
• Solution-oriented, experimental and hands-on mindset
• Creative in developing pragmatic special solutions
• Strong communicator and team player
• Willingness to travel for day trips in northern Germany (~2 days/week)
