Field Service Planner – New Projects

Your focus in brief
Plan and coordinate field resources for global gas-turbine projects, ensuring the right competence is in the right place at the right time.

As Field Service Planner – New Projects, you own long-term rotation and project planning from site start-up to completion. By working closely with internal business teams and external interfaces, you secure logistics, visas and competencies so that our projects are delivered on time with high quality.

Your main responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of global field resources
• Coordination with internal/cross-department and external interfaces
• Managing planning workflows in SAP and Salesforce
• Ensuring plans comply with project requirements and internal guidelines

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in service, planning and/or logistics
• Works in a structured way and manages several parallel tasks
• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating
• Is fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

Meriting qualifications

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning or similar
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience handling rapid change and shifting priorities

About New Projects
The team consists of about 33 colleagues in an international setting. We manage long-term rotation planning for new world-wide gas-turbine projects and prepare, coordinate and follow up projects from early phases to completed site.
