Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management, duty and holiday scheduling
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Executing inventory counts
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of grocery retail experience, preferably in organic foods
• Enjoy selling and a good sense of customer needs
• First leadership experience within a team (e.g. shift supervisor)
• Interest in organic food, initiative and sense of responsibility
