Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Inventory management
• Product presentation and range maintenance according to biomarkt standards
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (Food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong customer orientation
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or deputy manager
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
