(Junior) Fleet Manager (w/m/d)

Job description

• Schedule maintenance and service appointments with workshops and ensure smooth operations
• Process employee tickets on vehicle topics (damage, fuel cards, etc.)
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners
• Maintain and update all vehicle data in the system
• Ensure vehicles are returned completely and in proper condition
• Support branch offices in the electric division and inspect vehicles on site when required

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification
• First experience in fleet management is an advantage
• Experience with leasing partners and solid technical vehicle knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
