As Junior SEO Manager you will boost our visibility with analytical sharpness and technical curiosity. You treat SEO as a dynamic discipline, automate processes and leverage AI to optimise content strategy, site hygiene and international market coordination.

Your responsibilities

• Keyword & competitor research to feed our content strategy
• Site hygiene: set up and monitor automated crawls (Screaming Frog, etc.) and derive actions
• Content implementation: ensure new content is published accurately from a technical and editorial perspective together with the content team
• GEO & AEO: optimise for generative and answer-engine results
• Automation: continuously improve SEO workflows with AI tools, n8n, Make or Zapier
• International coordination: translate strategic goals into actionable briefings for global teams and leverage local market insights

What you bring

• Degree in business, media studies, business informatics, marketing or similar
• First hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) and passion for organic visibility
• Solid command of SEO & automation tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, LLMs, n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Analytical mindset: read data, spot patterns, turn them into actions
• Curiosity about LLMs, AI search & user intent
• Hands-on mentality, proactive project work, team spirit
• Fluent German & English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) a plus
