Office Manager / Team Assistant (f/m/d)

Your contribution every day
As Office Manager in Berlin you ensure smooth office operations and act as the central contact for all administrative matters. You coordinate internal and external communication, organise events and enable efficient teamwork.

Your tasks

• Office organisation: order management, correspondence, telephone service, data maintenance
• Internal/external communication: e-mail and post processing, newsletter maintenance
• Calendar and travel management including expense reporting
• Meeting organisation: preparation, coordination and follow-up
• National and international event planning with corresponding processing

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in office management and employee support
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills
