Your Role

• Design and continuously improve global quality, safety and compliance systems (playbooks, manuals, audit tools)
• Define country-level KPIs to drive safety & quality; lead audits, incident investigations and root-cause analyses
• Standardise and automate processes so quality scales without extra manual oversight
• Partner with Zipline Academy to deliver global training programs and replicate knowledge at new sites
• Coach country teams through change management to ensure full local ownership

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in ops excellence, quality or safety within regulated industries (aviation, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing)
• Proven track record in continuous-improvement or process-excellence programs (Lean Six Sigma, ISO certs a plus)
• Strong project-management, communication and stakeholder skills
• Highly proactive, analytical and mission-driven mindset
