Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Implement and steer the OKR framework to align corporate strategy with operational execution.
Build and monitor dashboards (PZ Insights), identifying early trends, bottlenecks and process cycles.
Head the Cost Efficiency Office, leading Lean Management, Zero-Based Budgeting and TPM programmes to boost OEE.
Coach management and embed a sustainable continuous-improvement mindset across the organisation.

Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with technical focus or comparable qualification.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with deep experience in TPM and value-stream mapping.
Strong command of commercial KPI systems and modern budgeting methods (e.g. ZBB).
7–10 years of process-optimisation experience, preferably in manufacturing or top-tier consultancy.
Sharp analytical thinking, excellent communication at all hierarchy levels and a natural hands-on mentality.
