Product Manager – Global Services

Join our tech team in Berlin, Munich or Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany’s largest one-stop-shop for selling, installing and maintaining solar panels, heat pumps, electricity storage and charging infrastructure – all intelligently connected.

As Product Manager Global Services you will create scalable service offerings that turn one-time installations into long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue. You own the full product lifecycle – from market research and concept validation to rollout and continuous improvement across all countries.

Your responsibilities

• Product strategy: Define and align the international service roadmap (warranty, maintenance, monitoring, digital add-ons) with customer value and operational efficiency.
• End-to-end product lifecycle: Conduct market research, build MVPs, set pricing, launch and iterate in close collaboration with engineering, operations and sales.
• Recurring-revenue models: Design profitable, repeatable offerings and pricing that create predictable income and are operationally executable.
• Data-driven optimization: Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, margin, service quality) and systematically improve them.
• Stakeholder management: Leverage customer feedback, competitive and market analysis to consistently expand new services.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, energy management or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or business development, ideally in energy, tech or SaaS.
• Solid understanding of recurring-revenue models and pricing mechanics.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English plus enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
