Project Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Controller you will steer a dynamic, high-impact workday. You review project budgets, ensure the accuracy of all finance processes and keep them aligned. Throughout the day you collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources effectively and maintain robust project-controlling practices.

Your responsibilities include analysing and forecasting key financial metrics, working closely with Project Managers and preparing detailed MIS reports on progress, risks and improvement potential. You also support the closure of completed projects and help settle long-outstanding receivables with established customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• End-to-end material management for assigned projects, focusing on receivables and settlements
• Monthly variance analyses to identify financial deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Customer follow-up to secure timely payments and maintain account health
• Tracking open punch-points between former customers and Project Managers
• Invoice-processing support wherever required

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven project-controlling experience and exposure to commercial project management, especially in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills for detailed financial and variance analyses
• Excellent organisational ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Clear, effective communication for seamless co-ordination with stakeholders and teams
• A proactive approach to early risk identification and mitigation planning
