Aira’s mission is to deliver next-generation home-energy systems, beginning with intelligent heat pumps and expanding to dynamic tariffs, solar and battery storage.

Role

Field-based sales representatives are needed UK-wide to convert home visits into heat-pump, solar and insulation orders while saving customers money and carbon.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-booked and self-generated home visits, close sales on heat pumps, solar, insulation and related green tech.
  • Educate homeowners on cost and CO₂ savings of clean-energy upgrades.
  • Generate leads through cold-calling and referrals to meet KPIs.
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Deliver excellent service using the Aira Sales Method.
  • Coordinate with design and planning teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (field-based role).
  • Proven field-sales experience.
  • Comfortable with CRM and sales software.
  • Target-driven, tenacious, positive mindset.
  • Passion for fast-paced, forward-thinking environments.

Renewables/energy-sales experience preferred, not essential—full product training provided at Aira Academy.

Package

  • £25,500 base + uncapped commission (expected £40k+ OTE).
