Your responsibilities

• Service and repair of air-to-water heat pumps at customers’ sites in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• On-site work with a fully equipped service van
• Close collaboration with planning, logistics and customer service for efficient service processes
• Continuous improvement of processes and digitalisation of service workflows

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic, refrigeration engineer or similar, plus professional experience
• Refrigeration certificate advantageous or willingness to obtain (fully funded)
• Availability for on-call/emergency service
• Heat-pump experience welcomed or interest in specialising in maintenance & commissioning
• Customer and quality focus, teamwork, comfortable with digital tools
