Job Description

Frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions in order to foster continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains. To achieve this aim our sales team is looking for a highly-motivated, tenacious, and self-starter to join our sales team. If you are interested in being part of something extraordinary and like working alongside people who are smart, organized, thorough, and take pride in initiating meaningful relationships with future customers, then this is the team for you.Specific Responsibilities include:Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadisConducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement) in Target AccountsScheduling qualified meetings for Account ExecutivesEvangelizing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companiesLeveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areasMaintaining an activity (emails, calls, LinkedIn) volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growthMeeting or exceeding your quotaStaying up-to-date on industry trends and competitionReporting results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitativeQuarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholdersRecording and documenting all calls and communications in Salesforce.com in order to identify trends for improvementLeveraging social networks for sales opportunities and leads

Qualifications

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and build a career in sales and marketing. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.  Specific qualifications for the role include:4-year university degreeAt least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or MarketingExperience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plusCold-calling experienceProficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentHighly motivated, driven, and self-startingGood time management with strong organizational skillsSuperior communication skills and the ability to build rapportAbility to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business.
