Your Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partners and build lasting, revenue-generating relationships with public-sector decision-makers and private-sector leaders. Own the full sales cycle – from first contact to contract closure and upsell.
  • Systematically develop your territory: create data-driven business cases that show how our platform improves mobility across multiple verticals.
  • Advise municipalities on regional transit planning and help them secure local funding.
  • Represent our mission externally: drive regional marketing campaigns, speak at conferences, and establish yourself as a thought leader in mobility.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for consultative selling – you convince with fact-based narratives.
  • Confident C-level presence; you negotiate assertively yet know when to be flexible.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50 %.
  • Team spirit and high degree of personal accountability.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: USD 150,000 – 210,000 (gross/year) plus variable pay and equity.
