Field Sales Vacancy
As an Account Manager / Field Sales Representative you are the face of PreZero at our customers' sites. You ensure the satisfaction of our existing clients and win new business partners.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the Heilbronn sales area with existing industrial, retail and commercial customers
- Analyse individual waste management needs on site and develop tailored disposal concepts
- Lead contract negotiations, sell precisely the environmental services the customer needs and build long-term, trusted relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle complaints calmly: resolve issues competently and coordinate closely with internal departments
Your profile
- Completed vocational training and several years of sales experience, preferably in the waste management sector
- Strong monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (sales development, visit statistics, quote rates) and derivation of concrete actions
- Confident use of Google Workspace; experience with SAP or a CRM system advantageous
- Distinct negotiation skills, strong communication and high customer & service orientation
