Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

With Heartbeat AI we are building the energy system of the future – intelligent, networked PV, battery, heat-pump and e-mobility solutions that participate directly in the electricity market as a virtual power plant. By 2030 we aim to switch 1.5 million households to renewable energy.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Grimmen as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Holistic consulting and sale of the 1KOMMA5° portfolio – PV, battery, heat pump, wallbox, energy management – to homeowners and small commercial customers
• Scheduling, preparing and conducting customer appointments and individual proposals
• Systematic new-customer acquisition via cold calls, door-to-door, regional events, trade fairs and local partnerships (craftsmen, real-estate agents, businesses)
• Building referral networks and long-term customer relationships
• End-to-end support from first contact to contract signature, working closely with project coordination and site management
• Continuous improvement of regional sales processes to boost efficiency, conversion rate and customer satisfaction

What you bring

• Initial sales experience or high motivation to start in sales; ideally experience with technical or complex consumer products
• Confident, empathic communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Basic technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong communication skills and fluent German (written & spoken)
• Passion for sustainability and the energy transition
