As Senior Account Executive you will lead regional sales for public and private sectors, building an inclusive, sustainable and tech-enabled mobility network. This quota-carrying role demands creativity and entrepreneurship to identify and capture new market opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify prospective partners and build durable, revenue-generating relationships with diverse clients – from elected officials to private-sector leaders.
  • Own full-cycle sales: craft data-driven business cases and demonstrate platform value across verticals.
  • Advise prospects on regional transit planning and funding mechanisms.
  • Serve as the public face of Via through marketing campaigns, conference presentations and thought leadership.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development or consulting with a track record of success.
  • Consultative seller who uses data to build compelling narratives.
  • Analytical problem-solver comfortable in new environments.
  • Persuasive communicator in pitches, presentations and proposals.
  • Reliable self-starter with a growth mindset and high degree of responsibility.
  • Collaborative team player who mentors others and celebrates shared wins.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 annual gross, plus variable pay and equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits including free medical plans and 401(k) matching.
