Senior HR & Payroll Systems Transformation Manager

As Senior HR & Payroll Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you lead the transformation of our HR processes. You take full ownership of multiple HR projects, ensure their strategic alignment and increase operational efficiency. By deploying new HR systems and services, you guarantee seamless integration while maintaining a comprehensive overview of all HR initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead multiple HR & Payroll transformation projects to deliver on time and within budget
• Identify and manage inter-project dependencies and work closely with HR & Payroll teams
• Monitor schedules and key milestones, proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Assess and control project risks, develop effective mitigation strategies
• Maintain a holistic view of HR initiatives and their interdependencies, align with overall program
• Coordinate and manage external vendors

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of proven experience in HR transformation, project management or similar role focusing on HR operations, systems and payroll
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects with multiple interdependencies
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills at all levels
