Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic vision for partners by analyzing strengths and weaknesses and helping set ambitious goals
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships, identify pain points, offer solutions, and uncover service-growth opportunities
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term performance data to provide actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and service expansion
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions to increase year-over-year revenue

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with proven client-facing expertise
  • Relationship builder who stays calm under pressure and celebrates partner success
  • Comfortable interpreting complex data sets and turning insights into clear, actionable advice
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
  • Mentor-minded team player who celebrates collective success
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet partners in person

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $145,000–$165,000 USD; exact pay determined by experience and skills
