Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of large-scale HVAC projects
• Quality, cost and schedule control
• Leading and coordinating on-site installation teams
• Tendering, lump-sum pricing and budget monitoring
• Site visits approx. every two weeks
• Solution-oriented communication with clients, planners and subcontractors
• Interface between site, office and management
• Support in process and technical planning optimisation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in HVAC, building services or supply engineering
• Experience in managing large construction sites
• Confident use of costing and project-management software
• Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and confident client presence
• Willingness to travel for occasional site visits
