Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and assortment maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a sense for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
