Your responsibilities

Leadership & accountability

• Jointly lead our Super Natur market for economic success
• Key contact for your team
• Plan and control KPIs, inventories and product ordering
• Prepare duty rosters and support the store manager in recruiting new staff

Inspiring others

• Always have an open ear for your team and foster colleagues‘ personal and professional development
• Enjoy working hands-on in daily operations and, together with your team, create a warm atmosphere that extends to our customers

Your profile

• Leadership experience and a commercial retail apprenticeship (career changers welcome)
• Enjoy advising customers and selling food
• Contribute friendliness, commitment, motivation, flexibility and customer focus to our community
• Passion for organic food
