Your day at a glance
As Sub-Project Manager (f/m/d) Electrical Systems at Siemens Energy you develop customer-specific power-distribution solutions. You assume full technical and commercial responsibility for electrical sub-systems, coordinate suppliers and interfaces, control cost, quality and schedule targets, and enforce safety, health and environmental requirements.

Your responsibilities

Design and specification of HV/MV/LV-systems according to standards and customer requirements
Preparation of technical concepts, specifications and interface definitions
Supplier evaluation, selection and order processing of electrical components
Alignment with customers, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments throughout project execution
Quality assurance, scheduling and cost controlling for the electrical scope

Your profile

Degree in electrical engineering, power engineering or similar
Solid knowledge of electrical power-distribution systems (HV/MV/LV)
Experience leading sub-projects in the plant-solutions business (bid and/or execution phase) preferred
Intercultural teamwork and collaboration with international customers and partners
Excellent German and good written and spoken English
Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity and strong customer focus
