Your Responsibilities

Leadership & Development

• disciplinary and technical leadership of the Main Controls team through regular coaching, feedback and individual development plans
• step-by-step change initiatives to boost team performance and secure redundancies
• culture of ownership, transparency and collaboration

Technical Ownership

• Build and develop a team specialised in wind-turbine control systems
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement of control & automation solutions
• Coordinate technical standards, knowledge sharing and best practices

Structural Development & Process Optimisation

• Analyse existing workflows and create sustainable, scalable structures
• Clear role definitions and efficient communication paths

Interface Management

• Close cooperation with Service, Electrical Engineering, Production and other departments

Your Profile

Professional Experience & Technical Expertise

• Several years’ experience in control/automation technology or similar
• Solid knowledge of system controls, embedded systems and PLC technology
• Experience in release management, systems engineering and hardware development

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven technical and disciplinary leadership of (software) teams
• Passion for team development, organisational structures and modern leadership
• Solution-oriented, clear and empathetic communication

Technical Understanding & Communication

• Ability to explain complex technical issues up to board level
• Structured, responsible, team-oriented working style

Language Skills

• Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken
