Your responsibilities

• End-to-end consulting and sale of our product portfolio and the “Heartbeat” energy manager to residential and commercial customers in the Würzburg region
• Self-manage your calendar: independently schedule customer appointments, create quotations and conduct sales talks
• Work with pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° group—talk only to prospects with genuine buying intent
• Provide transparent communication and tailor-made energy concepts from first contact through project completion
• Collaborate closely with project coordination and site management to hand over projects smoothly and foster referrals

What you bring

• Several years of field-sales experience with heat pumps or comparable energy systems
• Strong communication and empathy combined with enthusiasm for renewable energy
• Sound technical understanding and the ability to explain complex topics in customer-friendly language
• High learning agility and flexibility to keep pace with a dynamic industry
• Negotiation-level German, both spoken and written
