Your responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and purchasing to secure lead times, inventory levels and on-time delivery
• Check order confirmations and monitor delivery schedules
• Ensure material availability during new product launches
• Analyze and optimise stock levels to defined targets
• Drive phase-out and excess-stock management
• Maintain master data in SAP (lead times, prices, Incoterms)
• Coordinate complaints with Service and Quality Management
• Support Category Management to achieve cost-reduction and quality targets
• Run purchasing projects independently (market analysis, RFQs, supplier selection)
• Work cross-functionally with Supply-Chain, Production, R&D and Service
• Organise and lead supplier meetings and workshops

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration
• Several years’ experience in strategic and operational purchasing within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Solid skills in SAP and MS Office
• Self-driven, structured and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and high commitment
