Service Operations Dispatcher

Vestas, global leader in wind power, is hiring an immediate Service Operations Dispatcher based in Vienna.

Your responsibilities

• Record and schedule all service assignments according to operational demand
• Update and flexibly adapt service teams based on demand fluctuations
• Ensure compliance with contractual performance obligations
• Timely procurement, planning and supply of tools, spare parts and services
• Proactive communication with technicians, customer service and other stakeholders
• Monitor and stabilise relevant KPIs in the planning area
• Create a detailed three-week plan for optimal resource allocation

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Basic technical understanding preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP; Salesforce skills advantageous
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
