<p>Every shift starts with a one-minute safety talk. Afterward we assign tasks by priority and your strengths. At an ergonomic, flexible workplace you independently wire generators and assemblies according to circuit diagrams.</p><p>Your responsibilities</p><ul><li>Wire complex electrical assemblies according to specifications</li><li>Prepare assembly processes</li><li>Document and test functionality; troubleshoot and repair</li><li>Optimize processes and comply with legal and Siemens Energy standards</li></ul><p>Your profile</p><ul><li>Completed vocational training as mechatronics technician (f/m/d), electrician (f/m/d) or similar</li><li>Professional experience as electrician/electronics technician (f/m/d), preferably in machine, plant or control-panel construction</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and circuit diagrams</li><li>Independent, quality-focused work style; willingness to work shifts</li><li>Business-fluent German</li></ul><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>In the Transformation of Industry division we drive industrial decarbonization.
