Job description

• Personnel responsibility for project managers who coordinate electricians at the Stuttgart site
• Oversight of PV system completion, electrical pre-work for heat pumps and service visits for existing customers
• Analysis and optimisation of processes for smooth project execution
• Liaison with grid operators and resolution of technical special cases
• Structured stakeholder management in close cooperation with other departments
• Support for the professional and personal development of team members

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
• Advanced qualification as master craftsman in electrical engineering or industrial master (TREI licence included)
• Several years of experience in construction with initial leadership experience
• Experience coordinating with grid operators and, ideally, basic knowledge of photovoltaics and heat pumps
• Hands-on mentality and confident in dynamic structures
• Good German skills; additional languages are a plus
