Store Manager (m/f/d) – Dortmund-Lindemannstraße

Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and scheduling
• On-boarding of new employees and apprentices
• Conducting stock-takes
• Merchandising and range maintenance according to organic standards
• Ensuring a flawless store appearance

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of grocery retail experience, preferably in organic foods
• Passion for organic products and customer advice
• First leadership experience (e.g. shift manager)
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and confident manner
