Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Inventory management
• Merchandising and range maintenance according to organic standards
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your organic store

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in food retail, preferably in the organic sector
• Passion for organic food
• Enjoy selling and a good sense of customer needs
• First leadership experience, e. g. as shift leader or deputy store manager
• Self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
