Store Manager (m/f/d) – Greater Hanover Area

Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management, rostering and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting stocktakes
• Ensuring appealing product presentation and range maintenance according to biomarkt standards
• Keeping the store appearance flawless at all times

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food and sustainable products
• Enjoy selling and a good sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
