Your responsibilities

• Team- and customer-oriented staff leadership
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting regular stock-takes
• Ensuring high-quality product presentation and range maintenance
• Maintaining an impeccable store appearance

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Strong sales talent and customer focus
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
