Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Inventory control
• Correct product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and customer empathy
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
