• 部門横断での調整やジュニアメンバーの育成に加えて、財務方針やキャッシュフロー管理を通して経営判断に影響を与える重要な役割を担います。
• 日本法人の財務管理全般を担当し、正確性、コンプライアンス、戦略的整合性を確保する。
• 地域ファイナンスチームと連携し、財務諸表の真正性、グループ基準との適合性を確認する。
• 日本基準(J-GAAP)および国際財務報告基準(IFRS)に基づく財務諸表を作成・分析し、外部監査法人との年次監査プロセスを主導する。
• キャッシュフローを監視、管理し、会社の財務的安定性を維持し、事業運営を支援する。
• グループ方針および国内規制要件の双方に準拠するための財務方針や手続きを策定、維持する。
• 日本における主要な財務担当者として、現地のステークホルダーの窓口となる。
• ジュニアファイナンスチームメンバーの監督および指導を行う。

必須条件

• 財務管理の経験
• グループ連結報告の経験
• 国際財務報告基準(IFRS)に関する理解
• J-GAAP、税法、会社法に関する十分な知識
• 財務システム(SAP)の操作経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
